Priority 1 of 4

Spring Launch is slipping because its lead ad is worn out.

What changed

ROAS fell from 3.2x to 2.1x in three days, on $6,800 a day of spend. The target is 2.8x.

Why it happened

The lead creative is fatigued. "Wind Down 15s" carries 64% of the spend. Its click-through rate fell 42% once people had seen it four times. Nothing else changed.

The Monday problem

Your ad platforms show you everything. None of them tells you what to do next.

Run four networks and every week starts the same way: dashboards, exports and attribution reports, stitched together to find out where to look. Each network's own automation tunes its own campaigns, but none of them will tell you to move budget to another network.

Trust and control

You decide how far it goes.

Start with advice only.

Every finding comes with its evidence and a proposed move. Nothing changes in your ad accounts until someone on your team acts on it.

  • Read-only to begin

Connect with view access and watch a week or two of recommendations before you grant anything else.

  • Evidence attached

Each recommendation links to the campaigns, creatives and numbers behind it, so you can check the reasoning yourself.

"Monday used to be four dashboards and a spreadsheet. Now it's one brief. My team approved a $2,000 a day shift to Google at 8:04, and it was live at 8:06."

FAQ

Questions marketers ask first.

Who is AdPilot for?

Teams that run paid growth across several networks. Heads of UA use it to keep growth efficient across all of them. Performance marketers get the day's fixes ready by 8:00, with the evidence. Creative strategists see what's tiring, what's winning and what to make next. Growth leaders see what changed, what was done and what it earned.

Will AdPilot spend money without asking me?

Only if you allow it, and only inside the limits you set. Out of the box, AdPilot recommends and waits. You can let low-risk actions run on their own, such as pausing an ad set that has spent twice its target CPA without a conversion, and keep approval on everything else.

Is this a chatbot on top of my ad data?

No. Most of AdPilot's work happens before you ask anything: it monitors, diagnoses and prepares actions on its own schedule. You can ask it questions in plain words, but most of the value is in the daily brief and the changes it makes for you.

Does it replace Ads Manager and the other platforms?

No. Your campaigns stay in your own ad accounts. AdPilot reads across them and makes changes through each platform's API, so your team can still open any platform and see exactly what changed.

We already use Advantage+ and Performance Max. Why add AdPilot?

Keep them. Each one optimises inside its own network. AdPilot works across all of them: it checks their results against your attribution, moves budget between networks, and explains each change before it's made.

How does it decide what matters most?

By money at stake. Each finding is sized by the revenue or spend it affects and how confident AdPilot is about the cause, then ranked. A small dip on a small campaign won't outrank a slow leak on your biggest one.

What if a recommendation is wrong?

Reject it, edit it, or undo it after it runs. Every outcome, good or bad, is measured and fed back, so the next recommendation for your account reflects what actually happened rather than what was predicted.

How soon will we see something useful?

Connect with read-only access and your first brief arrives the next morning, based on the last 30 days of data. Most teams review recommendations for a week or two before turning on approvals or automation.
